I only provide Web site hosting and domain name registration for Web design clients.
The hosting for the first year is usually included in the cost of your Web site. Unless you are subscribed to a support package, you will need to pay for hosting after the first year.

If you would rather organise and manage your own hosting then I recommend using Xilo.
You can have email addresses set up as part of your hosting, however they will share storage space with your Web site files. I recommend using Google Apps instead for your email (which has a free version for less than 10 users) and I can set that up for you.
The cost of domain names includes managing the domain name and reminding you when it needs renewing.
If you rather organise your own domain names then I recommend using 123-reg.
