1. Initial Consultation

The first part of the process involves an initial consultation where we will find out what kind of site you would like and where you can ask us any questions you have. At the end of the consultation if you are happy to go ahead we'll leave you with an estimate request form.

2. Estimate

Once we have had the initial consultation and we've received your estimate request form then we can produce a cost estimate for you which may involve further contact usually by either phone or email. If you are happy with the estimate then we'll send you a copy of our standard contract which should be returned with the first installment of payment.

3. Content Creation

While we are doing most of the hard work you'll still need to do a little too. You will need to start getting together any text, images, documents and anything else to be included as part of your site.

4. Sample Page Layouts

The next thing that we'll do is develop several screen layouts based on the information from the initial consultation and the estimate request form. You'll then choose one of these or if you don't like any of them we'll ask you for comments on what you don't like and we'll provide you with some more to choose from. Once you're happy with the layout we can start creating the actual pages, this is also when the second payment will be due.

5. Page Creation

Once you are happy with the screen layout and you have provided us with the content for the site we can start to create the actual pages for your site.

6. Final Testing

Once we've added your content to the pages we'll then upload the pages to a place on the Internet where you can see them and let us know if there are any final changes you want to make before your site goes live.

7. Site Launch

Once you are completely happy with the site the final payment for the site will be due and your pages will be uploaded to your web space and your site will be live.

8. Ongoing Maintenance

Very few web pages stay the same, whether it's new products, news or a change of contact information we can arrange to make updates to your site at our standard hourly rate. If you will be making regular updates to your site then we can arrange a regular maintenance programme that will give you savings on our standard hourly rate.
